The Dillard University Courtbouillon is produced by mass communication students at Dillard University. The Courtbouillon publishes two issues per semester. Publication dates for fall 2012 were Oct. 4 and Nov. 15. Publication dates for spring 2013 are Feb. 21 and April 11. Deadlines were Sept. 25, Nov. 6, Feb. 14 and April 2.
