‘Wild ‘N Out’ personality to host DU Homecoming comedy show
Events Nov. 7-13 to include traditional coronation, game, parade
NEW ORLEANS (November 4, 2021) – Hitman Holla of “Wild ‘N Out” host Dillard’s comedy event at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, in Dent Hall as part of Dillard’s Homecoming activities, which will start Sunday and run through next weekend.
Homecoming activities will include the traditional coronation activities, the DU vs. Xavier basketball game and parade next weekend, along with special guests and fun surprises, according to the Dillard Activities Board.
The theme “Certified Bleu Devils” plays on the title of Drake’s recent album “Certified Lover Boy.” Many events are open to the public, but masks and social-distancing rules will be observed. And the basketball games on Friday, Nov. 12, have been moved to the Lakefront Arena to facilitate social distancing.
As of Nov. 1, participants are required to be vaccinated and masked for the events. Students can submit their proof of vaccination to studenthealth@dillard.edu.
The comedy show “You Only Live Twice,” featuring Tyler Chronicles and Darrren Brand, will be open to the public. Information regarding ticket sales will be released soon.
